Refund and returns policy

At Novamulch we are committed to the satisfaction of our customers and to caring for the environment. Therefore, we offer an ecological and biodegradable product that increases crop productivity, prevents the growth of weeds and improves soil quality.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date and we will refund the full amount of your order. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

If the product is used or damaged, we will not be able to accept your return or offer you a refund. However, if the product has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transportation, you can contact us within 15 days of the delivery date and we will send you a new product at no additional cost.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at info@novamulch.eu indicating your order number, the reason for the return or exchange and a photo of the product if it is defective or damaged. We will respond to you as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
